Recover Like a Professional Athlete

Discover a transformative approach to physical therapy that redefines recovery. Our goal is to deliver the same client-focused, individualized care trusted by professional athletes—now available to athletes and active individuals in our community.

  • Our therapists will discuss the history of your injury, assess the area of interest, and develop a diagnosis. We will help identify any pre-existing risk factors for your injury in order to get to the source of the problem. We will set up a management plan in order to aid in relieving symptoms and recalibrate the injured area.

  • Our therapists will provide a 1-on-1 multimodal approach to treatment, specifically catered to the individual and their injury. Combining techniques such as manual therapy, modalities, and catered rehabilitation exercises, our therapists will ensure elite-level care during treatment sessions.

From ACL injuries and complex sports injuries, to everyday sprains/strains, we have you covered.

  • Our therapists can help identify how injuries, mobility limitations, and various other physical deficits may be negatively effecting athletic performance. We will work to rectify limitations in a structured approach, geared towards improving athletic performance.

From professional athletes to weekend warriors, we’re passionate about helping people of all ages and activity levels achieve their goals.

  • Our clinicians, led by Kyle Ferrigan (Physiotherapists), have extensive experience rehabilitating athletes with ACL injuries and post-ACL surgery. Our caseloads are consistently made up of a large percentage of ACL patients, creating an organic community of athletes who are working towards a common goal.

We are also the regions leader for rehabilitating ACL injuries in professional athletes, assisting in numerous cases each year. Kyle is involved in educating clinicians and provides mentorship for ACL rehabilitation on a national scale.

  • All appointments are one-on-one with your physiotherapist. We start by thoroughly assessing your injury, then use a tailored combination of hands-on treatment, therapeutic modalities, and clear injury education to help relieve your symptoms. Finally, we guide you through progressive exercises in our fully equipped strength and conditioning gym to ensure lasting results.

  • You don’t need a physician’s referral to book an assessment or treatment with us. Most insurance providers no longer require one for physiotherapy, though a few still do. If you’re planning to use extended health benefits, check with your provider to confirm whether a referral is needed for reimbursement.

  • Initial Assessments are 45 minutes in length.

Treatment sessions are 30 minutes in length.

  • Your physiotherapist will perform a thorough assessment of your injury to determine a prognosis and provide you with typical healing timelines, so you know what to expect during your recovery.

  • We do not offer direct insurance billing at this time. However, our Jane software generates a detailed electronic receipt for each session, which you can easily submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

  • We do not provide care for WSIB or MVA injuries.
